Audio Visual Operations Manager - Boston

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Audio Visual Operations Manager to oversee the audiovisual systems and equipment in our Boston location. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations, troubleshooting any issues that may arise, and ensuring the seamless execution of audiovisual events and projects.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Proven experience in audiovisual operations and management
- Strong technical knowledge of audiovisual systems, equipment, and software
- Proficient in using audiovisual equipment, such as mixers, microphones, projectors, and lighting systems
- Familiarity with video conferencing systems and protocols
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the audiovisual systems and equipment
- Oversee the setup, operation, and takedown of audiovisual equipment for meetings, events, and presentations
- Ensure all audiovisual equipment is in good working order and perform regular maintenance and repairs as needed
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolution
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand their audiovisual needs and provide assistance and guidance
- Collaborate with external vendors and contractors to ensure successful execution of audiovisual projects
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in audiovisual operations
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective audiovisual operations
- Train and support staff members on the proper use of audiovisual equipment and systems

Requirements:
- Proven experience in audiovisual operations and management
