Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Audio Visual Technicians (On-Call A1s,V1s, L1s, & Stagehands) to join our team. As an Audio Visual Technician, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and troubleshooting audio and visual equipment for various events and functions in a corporate environment. You should have a strong understanding of audio visual technology and possess excellent problem-solving skills. This is an on-call position, meaning that you will be contacted when there is a need for your services.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate audio visual equipment for events and functions, including but not limited to microphones, speakers, projectors, screens, and lighting equipment.
- Ensure all audio visual equipment is properly connected and functioning correctly.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that may arise during events.
- Coordinate with event organizers and presenters to understand their audio visual needs and requirements.
- Test and adjust audio visual equipment to ensure clear sound and optimal visual display.
- Provide technical support and assistance to event attendees.
- Keeping track of supplies and assisting with ordering when necessary.

- Adhere to all safety procedures and guidelines when setting up and operating audio visual equipment.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as an Audio Visual Technician or a related role.
- Strong knowledge of audio visual technology and equipment within your field
- Proficient in operating audio visual software and applications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong understanding of the workflow and service focused corporate audio visual field

-Ability to load and un-load trucks, as well as lifting as much as 50lbs

Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in audio visual technology (CTS) or a related field.
- Experience in live event production or conference services.
- Knowledge of networking and audio visual integration.
