**Job Summary:**
We are seeking an Audio Visual Technician (On-Call) to join our team on an as-needed basis. The Audio Visual Technician will be responsible for setting up, operating, and troubleshooting audio and visual equipment for events, presentations, meetings, and conferences.

**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant certification is a plus
- Proven experience working with audio visual equipment in a professional setting
- Strong technical skills and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Flexibility to work on an on-call basis with variable hours, including evenings and weekends

**Responsibilities:**
- Set up and test audio visual equipment for events, meetings, and conferences
- Operate equipment during events to ensure quality sound and visuals
- Troubleshoot any technical issues that may arise during events
- Provide technical support to presenters and event organizers
- Maintain and clean audio visual equipment after each use
- Assist with inventory management and equipment maintenance
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines while handling equipment
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure successful events.
